1 Service Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMMB chatbot service and related software, modules, and tools ("the Service") provided by SMMB ("we", "us"). By creating an account, installing our modules, or using the Service, you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business while your subscription is active.
You are responsible for your account, your API key, the accuracy of the information you configure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to use it to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
2 Subscription & Payment
The Service may be offered with a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycle, and any taxes are as agreed at sign-up or as published by us. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or limit the Service after notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. After cancellation or expiry, your data may be retained for a short grace period and then permanently deleted.
3 Intellectual Property & Anti-Tampering
The Service, including all software, chatbot widgets, Odoo modules, designs, and related materials, is owned by SMMB and protected by law. Your subscription grants a right to use it — not to own it.
You must not, and must not permit others to: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly allowed; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code; (c) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, license checks, or security measures; (d) circumvent, disable, or tamper with any licensing, usage limits, or protection mechanisms; (e) resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Service or your API key to any third party; or (f) use the Service to build a competing product. Your licence is non-transferable and tied to your account. Any tampering or breach of this section is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
4 Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the Service's outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5 Term, Changes & Governing Law
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [to be specified], and any dispute shall be subject to the courts of [to be specified].

١ اتفاقية الخدمة
تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لخدمة روبوت المحادثة SMMB والبرامج والوحدات والأدوات المرتبطة بها ("الخدمة") المقدَّمة من SMMB ("نحن"). بإنشائك حساباً أو تثبيت وحداتنا أو استخدام الخدمة، فإنك ("العميل") توافق على هذه الشروط. نمنحك حقاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة لأعمالك طوال فترة اشتراكك الساري.
أنت مسؤول عن حسابك ومفتاح API الخاص بك ودقة المعلومات التي تُعدّها وجميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك. وتوافق على استخدام الخدمة بشكل قانوني وعدم استخدامها لإرسال محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو مسيء.
٢ الاشتراك والدفع
قد تُقدَّم الخدمة مع فترة تجريبية مجانية. بعد التجربة، يتطلب الاستمرار في الاستخدام اشتراكاً مدفوعاً سارياً. تكون رسوم الاشتراك ودورة الفوترة وأي ضرائب وفق ما يُتفق عليه عند التسجيل أو وفق ما ننشره. وما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً لفترات متتالية حتى الإلغاء.
إذا لم تُسدَّد الرسوم في موعدها، يجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة أو تقييدها بعد إشعار. والرسوم المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا حيثما يقتضي القانون. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت؛ ويوقف الإلغاء التجديدات المستقبلية لكنه لا يسترد قيمة الفترة الحالية. وبعد الإلغاء أو انتهاء الصلاحية، قد تُحفَظ بياناتك لفترة سماح قصيرة ثم تُحذَف نهائياً.
٣ الملكية الفكرية ومنع العبث
الخدمة، بما في ذلك جميع البرامج وأدوات المحادثة ووحدات Odoo والتصاميم والمواد المرتبطة، مملوكة لـ SMMB ومحمية بموجب القانون. يمنحك اشتراكك حق الاستخدام — لا حق التملك.
يُحظر عليك، كما يُحظر السماح للغير بـ: (أ) نسخ الخدمة أو تعديلها أو ترجمتها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها إلا بما هو مصرّح به؛ (ب) إجراء هندسة عكسية أو فك تجميع أو محاولة استخراج الشيفرة المصدرية؛ (ج) إزالة أو تغيير أي إشعارات ملكية أو فحوص ترخيص أو تدابير أمان؛ (د) الالتفاف على أي آليات ترخيص أو حدود استخدام أو حماية أو العبث بها؛ (هـ) إعادة بيع الخدمة أو مفتاح API أو ترخيصها من الباطن أو إعادة توزيعها لأي طرف ثالث؛ (و) استخدام الخدمة لبناء منتج منافس. ترخيصك غير قابل للتحويل ومرتبط بحسابك. ويُعد أي عبث أو مخالفة لهذا البند إخلالاً جوهرياً قد يؤدي إلى تعليق أو إنهاء فوري دون استرداد.
٤ إخلاء الضمان وتحديد المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توافرها"، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك القابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو عدم الانتهاك. ولا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة متواصلة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو آمنة، ولا أن تكون ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي دقيقة أو ملائمة لغرضك. وأنت مسؤول عن مراجعة مخرجات الخدمة قبل الاعتماد عليها.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، ولا عن خسارة الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو البيانات. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبات تنشأ عن الخدمة إجمالي الرسوم التي دفعتها فعلياً خلال الاثني عشر (١٢) شهراً السابقة مباشرةً للمطالبة. ولا تستثني هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يمكن استثناؤها قانوناً.
٥ المدة والتغييرات والقانون الحاكم
تسري هذه الشروط طوال استخدامك للخدمة. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ ويعني استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث قبولك للشروط المعدَّلة. ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة أو إنهاؤها عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين [يُحدَّد لاحقاً]، وتختص بأي نزاع محاكم [يُحدَّد لاحقاً].
